We had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious hotel. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities. the restaurant offered a wide range of special diet menus, all deliciously prepared. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, with a full body massage leaving us feeling completely relaxed. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for swimming laps, and the sauna and Jacuzzi provided relaxing moments.

We experienced a long wait for our in-room breakfast. Though the quality of the food was high, the wait was a minor issue.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was situated in a great district, with easy access to trains and subway stations. Being able to eat under the bridge in the izakayas was a must-do experience. The view from our high floor room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful castle and park. The included breakfast at Viking Sal was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing impeccable service. the location, comfort, and service made our stay at the hotel truly enjoyable.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay at the hotel, with no complaints whatsoever. The concierge staff and other hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

I have been upgraded to a room on the Imperial Floor - it's top (space, amenities, etc.) Overall, the staff are impeccable. The cleanliness is good too. The location is ideal.

There have been a few mistakes when taking orders for room service (staff's command of English) and it is sometimes difficult to access breakfast at the Viking Sal restaurant (too many people).

The beds are very comfortable, the hotel was always with many people for conferences. It's pretty big but nice. One night a couple of drunks came to the bar but they didn't bother us, their drunkenness was striking.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, shopping, and metro stations. Excellent service from the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Upgraded to a junior suite, spacious and comfortable.

Located in a prime area with easy access to nearby shopping in Ginza and major train stations, this hotel is perfect for those who prioritize location. Rooms are spacious and clean, while the service is exceptional with helpful and friendly staff. The newer tower offers modern facilities such as a fitness center and Baby Care Room, as well as great views of the city and surrounding areas.

The smoking area in the lobby could be better managed to prevent the spread of smoke.

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and took my food allergy seriously. They went above and beyond to recommend restaurants that could cater to my needs and ensured that my room service orders were allergen-free. The hotel itself was clean and lovely, and the food was delicious. The central location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and Tokyo Central. The staff's English fluency was impressive, and the hotel had a great bar with a lively atmosphere. I felt well taken care of and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast room scattered around the 4 corners of the hotel. Breakfast correct but really not worthy of a 5 star hotel. All the accesses are paying: in this case inflate the prices and make all inclusive. Dress code for access to the spa is not specified.

We were lucky to get upgraded to a tower room with a great view and complimentary breakfast. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect for exploring bars and restaurants within walking distance.
